By accessing or purchasing from Heejab Official (heejabhair.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our site and services immediately.
2. Botanical Product Use & Disclaimers
All Heejab hair therapy formulas are created for cosmetic, external use only. While our botanical formulas are sulfate-free, paraben-free, and dermatologically tested, we advise performing a 24-hour patch test before full use. We are not liable for individual allergic reactions to natural ingredients.
3. Pricing, Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) or local converted currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized reseller activity, or pricing errors.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Customs
Orders are dispatched with trusted courier services. Estimated shipping windows are provided at checkout. International orders may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Return & Replacement Policy
Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety standards, opened or used bottles cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our concierge at info@heejabhair.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof for an expedited replacement.
6. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, visual media, formulations, copy, and digital assets on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Heejab. Reproduction, duplication, or commercial exploitation without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
